Here are some commonly asked questions I receive.  If you would like to add any questions, please submit it through the "Contact" page.

What happens after I submit my information to start my business on the Corporate Order Form?

You will be sent an invoice to the email you provided, and you will have the option to pay securely through Paypal via credit card or check, or if you prefer, I can email you an invoice and pay via money order through the mail.   Upon receipt of cleared payment, your papers will be filed the same day.

Do you give legal advice?

I am not an attorney, therefore, I do not give legal advice.  I can prepare documents for you in accordance with your instructions and can walk you through legal process and procedures, but I can not advise you in a legal capacity.   If you do have a legal question, I would be happy to refer you to an attorney I know and trust.

Do I need an attorney to evict a tenant?
While you have the option of retaining an attorney to evict a tenant, you do not NEED to have an attorney if you cannot afford one.  The only time you are required to have an attorney in Landlord-Tenant Court is if the leased premises are owned by a corporation or an LLC.

Both my husband and I want to get a divorce, but we can't agree on who gets the house.  Is it still considered "uncontested" because both of us still want the divorce?

No.  If there are ANY terms of the divorce that are still up in the air, this is considered a contested divorce.  Contested divorces are very costly and very complicated, and should be handled by an attorney, however, if there is room for compromise between the parties, other less costly options are available.
